The Sick Indian Mentallity

I, Gaurav Dadhich, the citizen of the world's largest democracy no longer feel proud of being an Indian. I feel ashamed that I am an Indian. A country where talents are not respected, a country where rich are getting richer everyday and poor are getting even poorer by every passing moment. Corrupted politicians and bureaucrats are making loads of money scamming so called ordinary and common tax payers money. A country which is ruled by the Gandhi-Nehru family and still we are proud to call our-self world's largest democracy. A country where the very foundation of hollowed by the devils of capitalism and corruption. The so called great Indian Nation should be divided in into so many small nations depending on the basis of caste, religion and language by our politicians for their vote bank. A Kanada or Tamil speaking South Indian cannot stand and tolerate a Hindi speaking North Indian guy in their land. Further people of different religion cannot stand each other. All this is done just for the sake of maintaing their vote bank. Everyday their is riot between the citizens of great India because they cannot stand people of other caste or religion or people speaking different languages. This is the characteristic of so called great Indian nation.

All this make me wonder "Where is the India for Indians". All I can see dirty politics and political leaders asking for India for Hindus at one moment and other moment we see them asking for India for Muslims or Christian or Sikhs or Jains or for minorities. And all this is done just for sake of the vote bank. Whether its Modi or Gandhi or Mayawati or Jadav or Yadav, all the help the same agenda of dividing this great nation to maintain their vote bank. These political leaders have sawed the seeds of hatred in heart of Indian. Leadership is limited to hands of very few wealthy corrupt leaders. All these corrupted souls first divide common people and then rule them. These political leaders have just one motto of looting the hard earned from so called common and ordinary people for their personal enjoyment. 


God is not going to come to save us. Bharat Mata is helpless. She caring and asking for help its sons and daughter. Its high time that we wake up now. Understand the reality and rise up against the evils of the society. One cannot bring the wave of change but if we all Indians stand together and march then together we can bring the tornado of change.

With this hope that my blog enlightens the society, I, Gaurav Dadhich, will use every resource to enlighten the society.

Rajat Gupta is one of the few who are able to turn their American dreams into reality. Rajat Gupta was born in Calcutta, he was orphaned at the age of 15 even after facing this hardship he worked hard and managed to get into IIt-Delhi. After completing his engineering degree in mechanical engineering, he got into Harvard’s Business School. At this time his American dreams got wings. After finishing his M.B.A at Harvard’s Business School, he started working with McKinsey and co. In Mckinsey  he rose to the highest position of managing director. He became the first Indian  origin to head any American organization. He was a senior partner in Mckinsey. After this he was appointed in the board of directors of Goldman Sachs, Procter and Gamble and Kohlberg, Kravis, Roberts & Co. At the same time he also served on the board of directors of many non-profit organizations such as The Gates foundation and Rockefeller foundation. He was also appointed by UN secretary Kofi  Annan as adviser on management reforms. He was also the co-chairman of United Nation Association of America. He was a member of advisory council to the Prime Minister of India. Rajat Gupta is said to very humble and kindhearted person by his friends and colleagues.

Gupta’s philanthropic efforts focus on the areas of education, global health, and global business. He worked to improve the health care services in U.S and many other nations. He also confounded Indian School of Business in Hyderabad. He always wanted to do something for the betterment of the society.

Success story of Rajat Gupta can make anyone to feel jealous. He came to America and achieved his American dreams at a relatively young age. He was the first non-American head of Mckinsey. His success got him enmity with Uncle Sam. Uncle Sam who always try to make sure that non-Americans especially South Asian don’t achieve their dreams to be precise "American Dreams".  If at all any South Asian achieve their American Dreams then Uncle Sam tries to frame them in criminal charges.  Such is the case with Rajat Gupta. Rajat Gupta came to America achieved top corporate position along with respect and became a source of inspiration for peoples who dream about coming to America and turning their dreams into reality. Rajat Gupta broke all barriers and became a part of  the super-class which is called as elite class. He created an burning example that with sheer hard work anyone can be a part of this super elite class. But American government grew jealous of his success because he of his SOUTH ASIAN origin. And finally American government framed him in a white collar crime called “Insider Trading” along with other South Asians. American government is tiring to get South Asians out of the top corporate positions by framing them in white collar crimes. Basic question which arises on everyone’s mind is that why Rajat Gupta will indulge in insider trading when he is already having everything anyone desires. Rajat Gupta’s personal wealth is estimated to be more than $100 millions then why will he indulge in insider trading. American government gave answer to this question in its characteristic Uncle Sam’s style; they told greed for more forced Rajat to indulge in this white collar crime. Pity on American government for giving such baseless reasons.  Rajat Gupta gave more to society than American Corporate head; he was philanthropist, a man of values and dignity. He was respected for his values and professional ethics. He was respected by his business associates all over the world. American government is not having any evidence against him. From the wiretap of the telephonic conversation between Rajat and Rajaratnam  it is not cleat that Rajat is offering any tips to Rajaratnam.

All South Asians must come together and fight for the injustice and discrimination being done by the American Government against the South Asian community. Today its Rajat Gupta, tomorrow it can be anyone of us "South Asians". We need to come forward as one and show our unity to fight for the injustice being done to South Asians. Its not only Rajat Gupta’s fight for justice but also fight of entire South Asian Community as one against discrimination and hatred which American Government is showing towards us. The motive of American Government is to push South Asians out of Wall Street and American Co-operates. Let us all stand together and united and show the power of Asia the South Asian power.      

India-a land of innovation, invention or jugaad

India is a land of invention, India is also a land of innovation and but not many people know that India is land of "Jugaad". Wikipedia defines jugaad as "Jugaad (Hindi: जुगाड़) means a creative idea, a quick, alternative way of solving or fixing problems. Jugaad is very popularly used in India and now used by many others countries too".
India is filled with cleverness, doing more with less. And there are ash heaps filled with clever ideas that failed for many reasons. In many ways the India has become obsessed with innovation and "out of the box" thinking. In India Jugaad is out of box solution to problem using locally available resources.

For example, a typical Indian middle class family six people, when they want to go out together, they have their own jugaad of six people adjusting comfortably on a bike or scooter for smooth ride. When Ratan Tata saw one typical middle class outing on the bike, he came up with an innovative idea of coming with a car under on lack rupees. He hired the best engineers form best engineering college "IIT" and they were assigned the task of coming up with words cheapest car. The team came up world's cheapest car "Nano". The is one of the greatest innovative invention of Modern India.
There many other examples also where Indian Jugaad lead to invention of something very innovative.
